• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product,

damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Wrong Items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of
receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund for the unopened
and unused products and receiving the returned incorrect one.
• Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about products you purchased


please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order We will provide a
replacement or refund for the unopened and unused products and receiving the
returned one and you will have to pay the delivery fees.
• Harm: To process a return or refund for products causing harmful effects, please
provide detailed information about the reaction, including photographs if
possible. A doctor’s note or medical report may be required to validate the claim
and then If your return is approved. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
